ICOM OPC-967 is a headset adapter for Icom A5 and A23 transceivers. Allows use of the Icom IC-PTT which plugs into dedicated jack built into headset adapter.
This headset adapter cable allows work with most aviation headsets. Provides the side tone function. Some versions already contain this as an accessory.
